Pre-Cleanse Instuctions

It is extremely important that you prepare well for your Cleanse in order to have a safe and pleasant experience. For at least 2-3 days before beginning it is advisable to consume only raw fruit, vegetables, fruit juices and water. If based on your intake form, a longer pre-cleanse is necessary, we will establish a protocol for you. Please abstain from the following for at least 5 days before your cleanse:

  • Coffee
  • Alcohol
  • White, Refined Sugar and Flour (sweets, breads, bagels, pasta etc. 0
  • Meat and Fried Foods

We would also strongly suggest incorporating the following practices at least 2 days before you start:

  • Drink at least 3 liters of water per day
  • Eat as much live (raw) food as possible, fruits, and vegetables
  • Ensure that your evening meal before your cleanse consists of raw fruit or vegetables only.
  • Please avoid beans, cabbage, nuts, broccoli or cauliflower as they will cause gas
